Most of our art is made to order or limited releases. The best method for us is to contact you directly over the telephone or by email to discuss the artwork of interest. 2. A deposit of 50% of the purchase price is required at the time of order. Personal checks and money orders are accepted. WE DO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS ON SELECTED ITEMS USING PAYPAL. 3. As soon as we receive your deposit, our gallery artist will begin production on your artwork. This can take up to six weeks. You will receive an email message with a tracking order number and estimated ship date. Use this number when referencing your order. 4. We will contact you by email or telephone (your choice) when the artwork is completed. At that time, the remainder of payment is due. As soon as the final payment is received, including shipping charges, we will ship your artwork. We offer several levels of shipping that must be prepaid along with your final payment. CANCELING A CUSTOM ORDER: 1. Once we receive your deposit, our artist is busy at work on your individual order. You may cancel an order up to 10 days prior to scheduled shipment for a refund of your deposit less 35% artist fee. You may cancel an order from 10 days up to the scheduled date of shipping for a deposit refund less 50% artist fee. IN STOCK ORDERS: 1. Ordering from available stock items requires full payment in the form of personal check or money order. We are working on accepting credit cards on our web site in the near future. Once we receive payment, your order is scheduled for shipment. You will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated ship date. Use this number when referencing your order. RETURN GOODS: 1. We believe in total satisfaction of your order. If for any reason you want to return your order, please contact our gallery for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
